Operations Manager (Jeff Collins) sent out a simple questionaire
to a random selection of our customers and asked them
to rank our service from 1 to 10 where one was hopeless
and ten was beyond the call of duty and describe their
experience with us in fifty words or less. These are just
some of the replies we got back, all are unedited and
just as we got them. (and yes, if they were negative we
would still include them as received). The sites are in

people at 123connect give the best support to all
who host with them. You're dealing with people not machines.
My only problem is the lack of support for streaming audio,
which is a problem for the many sites that would use that

sent Jeff a manuscript and 6 hours later its on the
net for us to look at and play with. We would email various
changes that we would like on the site, usually late in
the evening, assuming the site would be updated the next
day at the earliest. Not with this guy! he would make
the changes and email me often with an hour, suggesting
that we look at the site to approve the changes.(read

service is incredible. Questions and queries receive
an almost immediate response (whatever the time of night!)
and the largest problems are always made to seem so small
by Jeff. He is always willing to help. I would have given

In
short, top class. It's not often you receive any customer
service these days (without paying through the nose that
is). In particular I was impressed with the effort and
speed of which Jeff got our site transferred and fully
functioning, there was even a few occasions we had replies
from Jeff regarding our quires past 12 midnight. (you
don't normally see that these days).On top of that Jeff
and 123connect fixed all our problems and had us up and
running in only a few days, where our last service provider
still had done nothing to help 6 weeks later and after
us losing thousands of pounds.

is difficult in under fifty words to express one's
feelings and experiences of a service that exels and far
exceeds anything I have previously known, I make no apology
then if I exceed that limit.
Not only is your customer service excellent, it is backed
up with solid technical knowledge and experience and combined
with a calm and humourous manner to make dealing with
you a real joy. I have found, (me being a computer cretin)
that I was shown great patience and understanding by you
when trying to cope with the new terms and jargon.
I struggled and must have been a real pain in the butt
with my inexperience but now, I am pleased and proud to

looking website, to maintain it, add to it and generally
astound others as to my level of competence - and all

previous experience with a web company that I won't
divulge...ok, it's the Web Design Centre in Liphook, was
absolutely disasterous. After 9 months of utter frustration
with their ineptitude, I asked Jeff Collins of 123 connect,
to take over the hosting and search engine submissions
for my company. Not only did he gain my confidence that
he had the knowledge and capability to do the job, his
level of committment to my company absolutely amazed me.
A lot of companies claim they understand the intricacies
of the web, but in actuality, few do.

service is excellent. When we originally moved our
website to 123Connect we had some technical problems and
I emailed their helpdesk late on a Sunday evening expecting
a reply the next day. Jeff Collins replied that same evening
